Make Self-Driving safer for everyone

TeslaAtlas crowdsources real-world navigation issues still letting Self-Driving down — phantom braking, wrong lanes, incorrect speed limits — and turns them into actionable fixes.

Why Tesla-Atlas exists

Solving the last blocker to true autonomy

With the latest software, self-driving feels essentially solved — until navigation data kicks in. Outdated speed limits, missing turn restrictions, and phantom routing quirks still erode confidence and safety. TeslaAtlas documents those map defects at street level.

Each week we compile anonymised, aggregated issue summaries and submit them to Tesla Support to shine a light on the biggest problem areas. Our goal is to help Tesla fix the navigation layer holding Self-Driving back and, in doing so, dramatically improve safety for every road user.
